CareLend Bildungsgesellschaft mbH welcomes new internship placements where international nurses can complete the practical part of their adaptation course.

Your benefit

As a thank-you, we offer you free placement of international nurses for your facility.

Please note: Poaching participants is strictly prohibited under our framework agreement.

Goal of cooperation

Supporting foreign nurses in obtaining full recognition as a registered nurse in Germany.

Program content

Theory phase: approx. 4 months in Weissenfels
Practice phase: approx. 6 months at your facility

If your facility covers multiple care areas, that is ideal – but covering one area is also very welcome.

Completion

Upon successful completion, participants receive the professional certificate as registered nurse, valid nationwide and across Europe.

Funding of internship placements

Internship placements generally do not generate revenue for the placement facility.

Under certain conditions, the internship may be funded by authorities with up to EUR 3,000.

An application must be submitted in advance. Approval and funding amount are decided by the responsible case officer.

Practical training according to Section 7(1) PflBG
At least 10% practical instruction according to Section 4(2)/(3) PflAPrV
Practical training complements theory with practice-oriented tasks

Your tasks as a placement facility

Compliance with working time law and occupational safety
Provision of work and protective clothing
Qualified performance assessment after each placement
Monthly internship logs (template provided)
Practical instruction by a qualified specialist for at least 10% of placement time

Costs / remuneration

Remuneration, if any, is paid by the employer, not the placement facility
Voluntary benefits (accommodation, travel costs) are possible but not mandatory
No internship costs are charged for specialist staff
