Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all educational offerings and services of CareLend Bildungsgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter “CL‑Bildung”), in particular:
- Adaptation courses under the Nursing Professions Act
- Orientation and integration measures
- Theoretical and practical continuing and advanced training
- Occupation-specific qualifications in healthcare
- Medical and nursing supplementary qualifications
- Future educational offerings in the healthcare sector (e.g. OTA/ATA preparation, clinical qualifications)
CL‑Bildung does not currently offer language courses (B1/B2) or preparation for knowledge examinations.
These GTC apply to:
- Participants
- Employers enrolling employees
- Authorities or funding bodies
Deviating conditions apply only if CL‑Bildung confirms them in writing.
§2 Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by:
- written registration
- online registration
- email confirmation
- acceptance of an offer
- approval by a funding body
- confirmation of participation by CL‑Bildung
CL‑Bildung may reject registrations without stating reasons.
§3 Services provided by CL‑Bildung
CL‑Bildung offers:
- subject-specific theoretical instruction
- practical exercises and practical units
- learning progress analyses and reports
- document support in the recognition procedure
- use of learning platforms
- organisation of internship placements (if required)
- advice on the educational process
- new qualification measures in healthcare
CL‑Bildung owes professionally careful delivery, but not a guaranteed examination success or recognition decision.
§4 Obligations of participants
Participants undertake to:
- attend regularly
- use learning materials
- submit required documents in full
- report absences without delay
- comply with the house rules
- treat instructors and fellow learners respectfully
In cases of attempted deception, repeated absences, or serious violations, exclusion may occur.
§5 Obligations of employers / funding bodies
Employers or institutions undertake to:
- register participants correctly
- provide required documents
- appoint a contact person
- support participants during practical placements
- bear all costs in accordance with the agreement by the due date
Employers may not enter into impermissible repayment agreements with participants.
§6 Withdrawal and termination
1. Withdrawal before course start
- Up to 14 days before start: free of charge
- From 13 days before start: 25% of the course fee
2. Termination after course start
Termination without cost is possible in cases of:
- proven illness
- pregnancy
- serious personal hardship
- force majeure
In all other cases, lessons already delivered are charged on a pro-rata basis.
3. Termination by CL‑Bildung
CL‑Bildung may terminate if:
- participants are repeatedly absent without excuse
- documents are not submitted despite request
- behavioural violations occur
- legal requirements are violated
§7 Prices and payment terms
The prices stated in the offer or contract apply.
Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.
In case of late payment, participation may be suspended.
Funding (BAMF, Federal Employment Agency, etc.) is taken into account.
All prices are available online in the “Certifications” section.
Participants incur no placement fees, as CL‑Bildung is not a placement agency.
§8 Certificates of participation & proof of performance
Participants receive:
- certificate of participation (from 90% attendance)
- learning progress reports
- module certificates (where provided)
Recognition and examination decisions rest exclusively with the authorities.
§9 Liability
CL‑Bildung is liable only for:
- intent
- gross negligence
CL‑Bildung is not liable for:
- examination results
- recognition decisions by authorities
- technical disruptions by third parties
- internet problems
- rescheduling, e.g. by authorities
§10 Data protection
Data are processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The privacy policy forms part of the contract. Please see the privacy policy at cl-bildung.de
§11 Complaint management
Complaints may be sent to:
info@cl-bildung.de
- receipt is confirmed within 2 business days
- response within 14 business days
- confidential handling in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act
§12 Confidentiality
All internal information of participants or employers is treated as strictly confidential – also after the end of the contract.
§13 Final provisions
- amendments require written form
- German law applies
- place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cl-Bildung.
- invalid clauses do not affect the contract
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the declaration must be sent to:

- email
- letter
- PDF
- hand-signed document
may be sent.
Consequences of withdrawal
Special notice
Early start of the educational measure
If participants expressly request that instruction begins before expiry of the withdrawal period, the following applies:
The right of withdrawal expires in full once the service has been fully provided.
In case of partial participation, the value of services already provided must be paid on a pro-rata basis.
This must be confirmed by active tick box (online or in writing).
Exclusion grounds
Withdrawal is not possible if:
- the service has been fully provided
- the measure is tied to public funding (e.g. AVGS)
